Collect from Cute Baby Shop

Our shop is in Ongata Rongai, next to Equity Bank.

Before purchase or travelling, contact us to confirm item availability, collection hours, preparation time and when to collect. Have your order reference or purchase details available so we can identify your order.

Delivery enquiries

Please ask us whether delivery can be arranged for your location before placing an order that depends on it. Confirm the available service, full delivery charge and expected timing with the shop before payment. If delivery is arranged, provide accurate contact and location details and ask about any relevant delivery conditions.

Delays or problems

If an agreed collection or delivery arrangement has not been met, contact us with your order details. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please tell us so the issue can be investigated. See our Returns & Refunds Policy. Your rights under Kenyan law remain unaffected.
